Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LeadSignal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

LeadSignal is a lead tracking and analytics platform that helps businesses track where their leads come from through UTM parameters and referrer tracking. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Subscription and Payment

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected). Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain all rights to your data. We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You grant us the right to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by LeadSignal and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadSignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LeadSignal operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
